Marian Dena Reaman, age 96, of Sac City, IA, was born March 6, 1921, at rural Breda, Iowa, to Peter and Anna (Auen) Ohden. She was Baptized at the Wheatland Presbyterian Church and confirmed at the Trinity Presbyterian Church in Wall Lake. Marian attended country school and the Odebolt High School.
   She was united in marriage to Charley W. Reaman at the Wall Lake Presbyterian parsonage on February 20, 1940. They lived at Yetter until April, 1947, and then moved to Sac City. Marian was an active member of the Sac City Presbyterian Church and served as treaseurer, elder, or deacon at various times. She belonged to the Sac County Rural Letter Carriers Association,  the Loring Hospital Auxiliary, and was a member over 50 years of the American Legion Auxiliary where she served as Sac County President and Past President of the Ninth District Auxiliary.
   Marian’s hobbies included a love of cooking, candlemaking, crocheting, and playing cards. She loved being with her family and friends.
   Marian passed away at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City on the afternoon of January 30, 2018, at the age of 96 years. She is survived by two sons, Lawrence (Carole) of Kansas City, MO, and Dennis (Jan) of New Hampton, IA; two grandsons, Edward Reaman of Des Moines, IA, and Darren Reaman of Indianapolis, IN; three granddaughters, Cathy Lloyd of Springfield, MO, LeAnn Ede of Manchester, IA, and Lanette Pint of New Hampton, IA; great grandchildren: Andrew, Kayla, Ethan and Abbie Reaman; Carver, Liam and Burke Ede; Ainslea and Emersyn Pint; Allie and Connor Cross; sister, Myra McQuiston of Ecorse, MI; also surviving are many special nieces, nephews and their families.
   Marian was preceded in death by her father, Peter Ohden; mother and stepfather, Anna and Henry Dreesen; husband,Charley W. Reaman; brothers, Jake and Peter Ohden; twin sister, Marie Mooney; stepbrothers, Donald and Mike Dreesen.
