“My sympathy to Billy and Peggy's family, I enjoyed getting to know them through our use of the swimming pool at the rec center in Sac City, they were avid users and supporters.”

“I met Billy and Peggy about 10 years ago when I was the director of the Sac Community Center. They both would come in and swim. Billy did a lot of plumbing for me at the center. He could always fix things that the other younger plumbers in town couldn't. He was generous with his time and talent and always only charged me for parts. Both he and Peggy were awesome people. May their souls rest in peace. ”
