Robert Victor Mohr, age 60, of Wall Lake, IA, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2014 at Loring Hospital in Sac City, IA. Bob was born on March 13, 1954, in Sac City, IA to Victor Lawrence and Vera Bernice (Corderman) Mohr. He was baptized and confirmed at Zion Lutheran Church in Auburn, IA and a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Wall Lake. He attended school at Lake View-Auburn graduating in 1972.

Bob enlisted in the Navy serving from 1972 through 1976. On November 18, 1977 he was united in marriage to Rebecca “Becky” Sue Hammond at Zion Lutheran Church in Auburn. This union was blessed with a daughter, Andrea and son, Blake. They made their home in Wall Lake and Bob worked as a Water Treatment Plant Operator for West Central Iowa Rural Water. He enjoyed ships, music, reading books, and especially enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife Becky; daughter Andrea (Nat) Halterman of Atlantic, IA; son Blake (Sarah Smires) Mohr of Wall Lake; grandchildren: Ethan and Edyn Halterman and Liam Mohr; brother Dennis (Pat) Mohr of Elkhorn, IA; sisters: Vicky (Gerry) Hansen of Parnell, IA, Mary (Bruce) Eller of Ankeny, IA, and Kathy (Loren) Hanson of Wall Lake; extended family members and many friends.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Victor and Vera Mohr.
