   James “Jimmy” Stephen McKenna, age 40 of Sac City, IA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 11th, 2025, at home surrounded by loved ones. Jimmy was born on March 14, 1985, in Storm Lake, IA. He grew up working on the family farm and was active in 4-H. Jimmy graduated from Storm Lake St. Mary’s Catholic School in 2004. He loved spending all his time outside and was an avid hunter. Jimmy was diagnosed with brain cancer on May 16, 2024, and fought this battle for 12 months until this terminal cancer took his life.  
   Jimmy is survived by his loving wife, Moriah, and cherished daughter, Geneviève McKenna; his parents, his sisters and their families, along with aunts, uncles, and cousins.

I wouldnt trust anyone else to drive that fast, but you, it was different, i wouldnt have changed it for anything, not a moment of our time would i take back. “Moriah, Our hearts are broken. We were so praying that Jimmy would beat this. As you know, we have walked this path with you and our dear Andy. I was telling Micale that you two girls were chosen by God to be with these amazing young men. To care for them, love them, and to be by their sides as they battled this terrible cancer.
