Randy Domino, age 66 of Nemaha, IA, passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at his home. Randall Curt Domino was born on August 8, 1958, to parents Milton Mars and Frances Louise (Werbach) Domino in Storm Lake, IA. He was baptized and confirmed at the Early United Methodist Church in Early, IA. Randy grew up on a farm outside of Early and attended Crestland School. After graduating high school, he attended Iowa Lakes Community College from which he obtained an associate’s degree in agriculture.
All Randy ever imagined doing was farming. From the time he was little he knew that’s where his place was. He raised hogs until the mid-nineties and continued farming the land until just recently.
Randy was a quiet guy who was reserved but at the same time, wasn’t afraid to ‘give it to you straight’. He had a big heart and was always up to the task of helping others anytime he was asked.
When he wasn’t farming he liked to fish. Over the years, he took several fishing trips to Canada. Randy also liked to travel and visited places like Lithuania, Estonia, and Germany, just to name a few. He liked woodworking, mostly making things for himself that he could put to good use. He enjoyed spending time with his family and gathering for holiday meals.
Survivors include his siblings, Linda Domino of Early, IA, Alan (Kathy) Domino of Sac City, IA, and Gary Domino of Early, IA; aunt Nancy Werbach of Lone Tree, IA; many cousins, other extended family members and friends.
Randy was preceded in death by his parents, Mars and Frances Domino.
