Todd “Frog” Kelly, age 62 of Carnarvon, IA, passed away at Loring Hospital on Wednesday, February 12, 2025. Todd LeRoy Kelly was born on July 14, 1962, in Spirit Lake, IA, to parents George and Helen (Emerson) Kelly.
Todd was raised in Early, IA, and lived in Sac County his whole life. In 2003, he married Janelle Nees and they made their home together in Carnarvon. Todd has always worked in construction or carpentry, and loved doing so. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his wife, Jan Kelly; stepson Kyle (Amy) Kuehler; sisters Ruth Wheeler and Kathy Rector; sisters-in-law Jackie Duffy and Molly Meusburger; brother-in-law David Nees; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Todd was preceded in death by his parents, George and Helen Kelly; brothers George, Jack, and Bob Kelly.
