Bruce Diersen age 62 of Sac City, IA, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2022, at his home in Sac City, IA.  Bruce Neal Diersen was born on March 20, 1959, to parents George and LuVene (Leege) Diersen in Sac City.  He was baptized and later confirmed at Emanuel St. John Lutheran Church in Lytton, IA.  Bruce grew up in the area where he attended school and graduated from Sac City High School.

   Bruce was united in marriage and to Darcy Tilden and was blessed with a son Brandon & a daughter Ashley.  They later divorced.  Bruce worked a few different jobs throughout his life.  He was employed at Sunwise Manufacturing, Evapco, and Farmers Co-op.   In his free time, you could find Bruce at the local bars playing pool and watching golf. In his later years, he found his favorite place to be Indian Lanes.

   Those left to cherish his memory include his children: Brandon Diersen of Sac City, IA, and Ashley Crum of Sac City, IA; grandchildren: Mackenzie, Liam, and Samantha; siblings: Lowell Diersen of Boone, IA, Karen Cerra of Sac City, IA, Keith Diersen of Sac City, IA, and David (Diana) Diersen of Sac City, IA; brother-in-law Jim Schade of Evansville, IN; several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

   Bruce was preceded in death by his parents; siblings Larry, Diane, and Deborah; sisters-in-law Mary and Becky; brother-in-law John.
