Twyla (Larson) King, passed away on December 22nd, 2020 in Dallas, Texas after a brief battle with Covid-19. Born on September 3rd, 1925 in Sac City, Iowa to Raymond and Augusta Larson. She attended and graduated from Sac City High School. Twyla married the love of her life the late Robert Thomas King on November 17th, 1945.
Twyla was employed at The Loring Hospital in Sac City for many years. She was a loving mother as she raised her sons on their family farm in Sac County.
Twyla was preceded in death by her husband Robert Thomas King and her son Robert Scott King. She is survived by her son Raymond Michael King and his wife Jackie. She leaves three beloved grandchildren: Lisa, husband Steve Parsons; Taylor King, wife Laura; Alexandra, husband Brian Panzeri. Twyla is also survived by four great-grandchildren she adored: Lexi, Brielle, and Olivia Parsons; Wesley King.
Twyla was active in the United Methodist Church in Sac City for many years. She was blessed with many friends throughout her life. She looked forward to visiting her grandchildren and their annual trips to Iowa. All that knew her loved and adored her.
