Paul Bieret, age 85, of Wall Lake, IA, passed away on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at Twilight Acres Nursing Home in Wall Lake, IA.  Paul Vernon Bieret was born on March 16, 1936, to parents Mike and Rena (Peters) Bieret.  He grew up southwest of Wall Lake, where he was baptized and confirmed at the Wheatland Presbyterian Church.   Paul attended grade school through the eighth grade at Rural Wall Lake Levy #7 and graduated from Wall Lake High School with the class of 1954.

A few years after graduation, Paul was united in marriage to Norma Jean Ang on September 7, 1958, at the Evangelical Free Church in Kiron, IA.  Shortly after their marriage, Paul joined the Army Reserves for six years until his honorable discharge on June 30, 1964.
