Russell Baxter, age 74 of Lake View, IA, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, at Fonda Specialty Care in Fonda, IA.
Russell B. Baxter was born on January 6, 1945, to parents Ernest and Hazel (Olsen) Baxter in Newell, IA. He attended school in Winterset, IA, graduating with the class of 1963. After graduation, Russell enlisted into the United States Army, to serve his country, on August 25, 1965. He was honorably discharged on August 24, 1967 and was a proud Veteran.
Russell is preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Hazel Baxter and grandparents Charles and Meta Olsen.
