“Even in death Mark found a way to make us all laugh. Thank you for again showing the importance of humor and I feel so fortunate to have caught up with you last year. I think it was my brother who shared that he would put artificial Xmas trees in the yard and someone from a nursery or the county stopped by to say hey those are great trees but do you think they are planted a little close to the house? I can only imagine the joy he got from that exchange. Rest in peace Mark and thank you.”

“There was only one Mark and really no words to describe him. He was so good to my family. My mom, brothers. great niece and nephew. His kindness was beyond measure. That man had a heart as big as the whole outdoors.
No one can replace him and the footprint he left will never be filled.
He will be sorely missed but all who miss him have a smile when they think of him.
God be with the family during this difficult time.”

“"Big" Mark as he called himself to us was one of a kind. If he didn't pick on you he probably didn't know you. A kind loveable teddy bear. He will be missed by so many of whom lives he has touched. He was a great father, brother, uncle and most of all to the rest of us a wonderful friend and an unpredictable neighbor/prankster. I don't know who I will call now when my mower won't start. Hope he and Karen are catching up. Jimmy and Jessica our deepest sympathy
