Linda Lee Niedert, age 54, of Sac City, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2007, at her daughters home in Sac City.  Linda was born on August 19, 1953, in Iowa City, Iowa, to Franklin William and Deloris Aboundlee (Rhamy) Weilenman. 
    
On June 22, 1970, Linda was united in marriage to Kenny Niedert, Sr. in Waterloo, Iowa.  They lived in several Sac County towns.  This union was blessed with two children: Renae and Kenny, Jr.  Linda was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend who cherished her children and family.
    
Survivors include her children: Renae Whitlock (Richard Myers) of Sac City and Kenny Niedert, Jr. of Fall City, Nebraska; her brothers and sisters; and extended family members.
   
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
    
There are no services planned at the present time.  The Farber & Otteman Funeral Home in Sac City is in charge of arrangements.
