Terry Lynn Daisy was born November 5, 1951, in Lake City, Iowa, to Lola Arlene (McAfee) Daisy and Howard Duane Daisy. She passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2007, at St. Francis Hospital in Topeka, Kansas.

She graduated from Lake City High School and Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa. Terry worked in real estate in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, worked for Nalco Chemical Company in Wyoming, and for Cyanamid in Arizona. Later she was a prison guard at the Nevada State Prison and a representative for State Farm Insurance.

Terry was married to Alvie Selbach and later divorced. She married James Dealy; they made their home in Nevada. She enjoyed raising and training horses, collecting art, traveling, and working on her computer.

Survivors include her daughter, Ashley Selbach of Silver City, Nevada, and her mother, Arlene Daisy of Lake City, Iowa. Other survivors include her sister-in-law, Portia Daisy of Westfir, Oregon and close friend Brian Henderson of Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her husband James Dealy, her father Howard Daisy, and her brother Nicolas Daisy.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 22nd, at the Lake City Cemetery with Rev. Carla Hillyer officiating. There will be no visitation. The Farber & Otteman Funeral Home in Sac City is in charge of arrangements.
