Chloe Elizabeth Dougherty, 27-day-old infant daughter of Kristine Harding and E. J. Dougherty of Lake View, Iowa, was born on July 8th and passed away on August 4, 2006 at Blank Children’s Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 7th, at 2:00 p.m. at the United Church of Christ in Lake View, with Reverend Jess Thomasen officiating. Burial will be at the Wall Lake Cemetery under the direction of the Farber & Otteman Funeral Home.

Visitation is from 4:00-6:00 p.m., Sunday, August 6th, at the Farber & Otteman Funeral Home in Lake View.

Chloe is survived by her parents, Kristine Harding and E. J. Dougherty of Lake View, IA; her sister Alexandra Vawter; and brothers Jacob Harding and Caiden Dougherty. Other survivors include her grandparents: Kathy and Bruce Auen of Lake View, IA, Dennis Hansen of Omaha, NE, and Thomas and Karol Carroll of Omaha, NE; her aunts and uncles: Robert and Joni Hansen of Lytton, IA, Chelsi and Jeff Zigler of Virginia, Dustin Auen of Lake View, IA, Chad Auen of Spencer, IA, Cody Auen of Lake View, IA, Patrick Carroll of Albuquerque, NM, and Michael and Desarae Carroll of Omaha, NE; many cousins and many great aunts and uncles.

Chloe was preceded in death by her great grandparents: Ed and Marilyn Render, Marvin Auen, Otto I. and Marie Larsen, and Nicholas and Grace Carroll.
